We do not accept insurance but we are happy to send you a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We do accept HSA and flex spending for payment.
While insurance can certainly be helpful for many patients, the nature of our services is such that insurance coverage can often be limited or even non-existent. In addition, insurance companies may dictate the frequency and duration of treatments, which can compromise the quality of care we provide.
We believe that our patients deserve the best possible care, without interference from insurance companies. By not accepting insurance, we are able to offer personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals, without any constraints from outside parties.
Moreover, by not accepting insurance, we are able to keep our prices affordable and transparent. We want our patients to have access to high-quality care without having to worry about hidden costs or copays.
We require all inquiring patients to start their journey with a discovery call.
On this call we will discuss your case, your goals, and potential treatment plan if we think we are a good fit for your unique case.
You will receive new patient paperwork specific for the appointment type you booked, immediately after booking. Please take the time to fill this out before you arrive for your appointment.
Please give us as much detail as possible. This helps make the first appointment go as smoothly and efficiently as possible and ensures nothing is forgotten or left out.
The numbering of our office suites are confusing and many of our new patients get turned around so please screenshot this section or make note of it somewhere.
We are in Courtyard 2 which will be the 2nd courtyard you come to along the right/south side of the building after turning off of Abrams. Look for our Totality Holistics sign on the corner of our office, we are suite 115.
Wear comfortable & loose clothing or bring a change of clothes. This will allow us to get to whatever part of your body we are needing to focus on for treatment.
If we will be treating your neck, shoulder, and/or upper back please wear a sports bra or tank top that has spaghetti straps and an open back not a racerback.
Please eat a light meal within a few hours before your appointment. This will ensure you feel your best during and after your first treatment.
